We take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-wound pickups and want you to be completely satisfied with your tone. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days provided the leads have not been cut and the product remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the pickup in its original protective case and box to prevent any magnetic or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier to our Swedish workshop, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the pickup's electrical integrity and physical condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
